Wonderful place to stay in shinjuku city. Situated in a calm and cosy neighborhood. Nearest metro is at 5min on foot. Spacious and clean with all the commodities needed. Very kind and helpful host Would definitely recommend and keeping it in mind for our next trip in Tokyo

Host was very responsive and respectful. Forgot an item and host was quick to message me about the item. Also setup a pickup location. Location was great! Nice and quiet! House was as advertised.

A nice little home in a quiet neighbourhood, but still within walking distance to Shinjuku and right in between two train lines making travel easier. There were 5 of us staying here and we were all very happy with the location and amenities.

Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden, die Wohnung war sauber, zentral gelegen, man gelangt innerhalbt von einer halben Stunde in die meisten interessanten distrikte Tokios, und die Gastgeber waren immer freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Allerdings ist die Wohnung nicht ganz geeignet für große Menschen, war jetzt aber auch kein großes Problem.

C’était super, la Clim était la meilleure partie du logement, les produits de douches étaient de bonne qualité les instructions étaient claires. Pour une ou deux personnes c’est parfait !

Absolutely loved this place! It was exactly what we needed. It was clean, tidy, quiet and an amazing location for transport. The local train station was less that 10 minutes walk away which had trains that went everywhere we needed. The hosts were responsive and really friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet and beautiful area. The location is in Shinjuku, but not in a super busy area and only 5 min walk to the nearest station! Place was cozy and had everything you need.

We had the best time ever. The space was very little but so comfortable and cute. And for us it was perfect since we were staying only a few days in Tokyo. Even though I’m very tall I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Also we had everything we needed in the house. Thank you very much for the availability and the kindness.

This space is small, but perfect if most of your time in Shinjuku are spent out on adventures. The Japanese style sleeping arrangements are ideal for travelers who are either used to, or expecting to 'live like a local'. The building was extremely quiet, the neighborhood had a great selection of food from Lawson's and Izakaya to supermarkets and ramen, was incredibly walkable, and close to multiple metro stations. I would recommend it for solo travellers specifically looking for a place to rest between exploring all that the Tokyo Metro area.
